We undertake all types of conventional & CNC – Machining jobs like
- Lathe Works (4.5’ to 9’ bed Length and 42 inch chuck)(All kind of shafts, cylinders, slide fitting and bearing fit-up …Ext)
- Milling process
- Shaping process
- Planning Machines
- Boring, cylindrical boring (Engine boring and line boring)
- Honing Machine
- Valve Refacer & Connecting boring
- Crank shaft grinding dynamic balancing of agitators and shafts
- Press break (300 tons and above)
Transportation
A1 Engineering have a full-fledged transportation division by which we are able to meet our own internal requirement in addition we are proving solutions for the transportation requirements of similar players in the industry.

Load Testing & Certification
We do load testing as per QP & MAERSK Requirement / standards of structural items, cargo baskets, cylinder racks lifting beams, cranes, forklifts and containers. Certification is done by third party.
Sand Blasting & Painting
We have more than 1000 sq mtrs of Sand blasting and painting area and we can undertake Sand blasting and Painting jobs as per client’s specification & requirement.
